traders, addressing the construction industry.

Purpose:
The purpose of the
Financial Controller is to manage budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting
for the company in an effective and efficient manner in order to maximize
business performance.
Responsibilities:
·
Verifies and summarizes
financial performance reports and forecasts to meet management needs;
·
Manages preparation of
Annual Budget, reviews results against plan and recommends adjustments of the
company’s budget;
·
Manages cashflow and
bank relations to maximize returns;
·
Manages financial
analyzes and recommends specific measures to increase profitability;
·
Manages forecasting and
analysis section within Financial Department in order to provide accurate
financial information of company for internal and external clients;
·
Verifies and summarizes
financial performance reports and forecasts to meet management needs;
·
Prepares weekly and
monthly financial reports according to established criteria.
·
Assist the sales
department in financial matters relating to contracts and negotiations;
·
Provides periodic
(monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly) managers accurate information
about the financial situation of the company;
·
Performs financial
statements for the company including actual expenses versus budget and explaining
changes, VAT and tax reports;
·
Propose ways to
streamline the current structure of the company’s costs and monitor their
implementation;
·
Ensures integrity of
information by preventing unauthorized access to information through
appropriate security measures.
Requirements:
·
University degree in an
appropriate field (accounting, finance, business administration);
·
Depth knowledge of
controlling, financial analysis and financial legislation;
·
Minimum 5 years
experience in a similar position;
·
Previous experience in
middle management;
·
Excellent skills of writing and speaking in both English and
Romanian(knowledge of the German language at intermediate level
is an advantage);
·
Advanced level of use of
the MS Office (Excel Advanced);
·
Logical thinking,
analytical;
·
Ability to meet
deadlines;
·
Good capacity
assessment, analysis, in time decision making and problem solving;
·
Ability to coordinate
more projects and responsibilities in parallel;
